Yet another great summer salad. This one was created with leftovers. The beans are a great addition to a salad. The have the consistency of eggs and taste so good when hard-boiled eggs aren’t available.
Ingredients: Romaine, iceberg, cherry tomatoes, carrots, white beans & herbs, chicken, avocado, balsamic and whole wheat biscuits (made with half the butter – eaten in moderation!)
