We were craving something sweet the other day, so I wasn’t sure how grilled pineapple would do in a smoothie? It did just fine.
- Grilled pineapple slices(middles cut out of course)
- Low fat organic Vanilla yogurt
- Almond milk
- Blue agave nectar
- 2 scoops of soy protein
It was really fantastic. I prefer light colored fruit smoothies made with pineapple, pear, mango, peach etc. The strawberry, blueberry ones are good too, just the pink pepto bismol color kinda turns me off.
