So, it’s late and we’re hungry and not really feeling 100%, so I thought I’d whip up a quick smoothie since neither of us feel like a meal. I used what I had left in the house for a smoothie.

Watermelon Raspberry Smoothie

  • 3/4 small seedless watermelon
  • 1 banana
  • small handful of raspberries
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 2 scoops soy protein
  • 1000mg of Vitamin C (since we’re feeling a little under the weather)
  • ice

Throw everything in a blender and enjoy! Yum~
